The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate Sharon Newman, played by Sharon Case, is no stranger to enemies from her past making a surprise return. Head writer Josh Griffith seems to enjoy testing Sharon's mettle with these old foes, some of whom have been presumed dead. Among those who could make a comeback is Tricia Dennison, a former accomplice to the notorious Matt Clark. Tricia's story is one filled with manipulation, crime, and insanity, making her return a potential plot twist.

Y&R spoilers divulge another character from Sharon's past, Frank Barrett, who fathered Sharon's twins Cassie Newman (Camryn Grimes) and Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes), could also resurface despite his presumed death. Frank's return could stir up old wounds and further complicate Sharon's life.
