Sometimes the simplest of truths is what is going to move the needle and this begins with understanding who you are and your own weaknesses.

We all have them right??

If you have a team, or even if you are a solopreneur, you are still consistently working with others and there are always going to be challenges of working together. However, being able to understand their strengths and weaknesses is going to make you a better business owner.
