The day is finally here! Chade is proud to announce the birth of a Little Lad, the newest addition to his family, his son!
Chade talks briefly about the excitement, challenges (mainly faced by his wife) and joyous relief of spending the last week in anticipation of his son being born. There's discussion of how things are different this time round from when his daughter was born, when he'll get back to the gym and most importantly...the new name is revealed.
Be warned, there are some detailed comments regarding child birth and pain etc. If your sensitive to this it might be best to give this one a miss and catch up with us next week!
Also Chade recorded this episode walking around a hospital and receives many messages on his phone (as you'd hope after becoming a proud father) so expect the occasional buzzing. He's not being tazed by security, it's just messages.
