They are a Neuroscientist, Decolonial Practitioner, Keynote Speaker, Coach, Trainer, Writer and Neuro Embodied Yoga teacher. His work focuses on depathologising our relationships with ourselves, decolonising the way we live and dismantling systems of harm.
