Hi! Welcome to Don't Forget to Laugh! In this very first episode, I'm letting you in on why I decided to start a podcast. Spoiler alert: it's part quarter life crisis, part creative outlet, and part "I just have a lot to say."

You'll get a real feel for what my podcast will be like- funny stories, serious thoughts, hot takes, listener submissions, and whatever else our collective heart's desire. It should feel like a late-night conversation with your bestie who says too much but at least she is entertaining.

To start things off I am sharing a short, but comprehensive (and yes, I AM using that word right) list of things I hate and things I love. This way you can make quick judgements about me and decide if you hate me, love me, don't care about me, or somewhere in between.
