This open-label pilot study shows that Time-Restricted Eating (TRE) â limiting food intake to an 8â10 hour window â significantly improved:
â Quality of Life (â SF-36 & â MAPS scores)
â Orthostatic Heart Rate (â by 11 bpm, p < 0.0001)
â Mitochondrial ATP production (â, p < 0.05)
TRE may offer a safe, feasible, and non-pharmacological tool for managing Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) â especially in the Long COVID era.
