This open-label pilot study shows that Time-Restricted Eating (TRE) — limiting food intake to an 8–10 hour window — significantly improved:

✅ Quality of Life (↑ SF-36 & ↓ MAPS scores)

✅ Orthostatic Heart Rate (↓ by 11 bpm, p < 0.0001)

✅ Mitochondrial ATP production (↑, p < 0.05)

TRE may offer a safe, feasible, and non-pharmacological tool for managing Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) — especially in the Long COVID era.
