Mustafa's journey through various career paths within a single lifetime is nothing short of awe-inspiring. His initial passion for chemistry led him to a career as a pharmacist. Under Mustafa's adept leadership, AIIB secured over $1.1 billion in investments for infrastructure projects in the Middle East alone during his tenure.

Mustafa's educational background is equally impressive. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MB) with distinction from the prestigious Alliance Manchester Business School in the UK. In addition to his MBA, he possesses another master's degree in diplomatic studies and negotiations and a Bachelor of Arts degree in pharmaceutical sciences.
