Nine-year-old Melodee Buzzard has vanished from Lompoc, California and her mother, Ashlee Buzzard, refuses to cooperate with police. The case is drawing chilling comparisons to Lori Vallow, whose two children were found murdered after she ignored court orders to produce them.
