Dr. Aasim Padela discusses the foundations of Islamic bioethical discourse based on the various moral sciences of the Islamic tradition. He touches upon aspects of the discourse in orienting the audience to its siloed nature. The talk will conclude with a discussion on how an Islamic bioethics may intersect with academic bioethics as a field.
