As parents and caregivers of dyslexic kids, it’s important to try to set bigger-picture and longer-term goals to make progress in moving towards better skills, as well as more independence and self-advocacy. Otherwise, it’s easy to get lost in the busyness of everyday life. However, it can sometimes feel like something pressing is cropping up to deal with in the moment–on a weekly, or even a daily–that is more urgent. How can we resolve this tension?

Dyslexia Journey has conversations and explorations to help you support the dyslexic child in your life. Content includes approaches, tips, and interviews with a range of guests from psychologists to educators to people with dyslexia. Increase your understanding and connection with your child as you help them embrace their uniqueness and thrive on this challenging journey!
