Burnout is real and affects many entrepreneurs and those practicing a Human Design-inspired lifestyle.

In this conversation, we discuss each of our experiences with burnout. We talk through the patterns that follow us once we’ve pushed too far, how we recognize when we are pushing more than necessary before burnout finds us… and Vaness gets excited about Aycee almost getting a cry out. Jasmine and Vaness share about particular burnout experiences they navigated during early parenthood, and also reflect on just how different their recovery processes looked. By sharing all we’ve learned, an undertone is clear: we must respect the body’s energy.
