Educators are both teachers and learners. Because we have the privilege of supporting students from a variety of backgrounds and identities, we also have the responsibility to understand and support all students. Knowing how to create environments that are safe and inclusive for our students that identify as LGBTQ+ can be a make or break experience for students.
