Can you see the "Awesome"? We all have the choice of seeing life as full of incredible wonder and possibilities. Shouldn't a school be an incubator of awe? Where wonder and curiosity are expertly nurtured through stages of growth til transformative inspiration happens?

Look up, look around. Refuse to let that spirit of amazing possibilities run aground. We don't do the work of an educator merely to get a paycheck. We enable others to learn and live a better life, to define and achieve their dreams, and to become awesome themselves!

Keeping your eyes open to see the awes is the topic of this week's episode of the Educators Among Us podcast, with your host Scott Barron, Chief Reinvention Officer with School Growth.

He emphasizes the importance of taking a moment to gain perspective in our efforts and impact as educators, and to notice the amazing and awesome things around us each and every day.

Scott discusses the need for educators to recognize and nurture awe in their environment, which can enhance their well-being and effectiveness, and inspire our students and colleagues to do the same. T

hrough personal anecdotes and reflections, he encourages educators to maintain a sense of wonder and gratitude, ultimately fostering a more inspiring educational experience for everyone, at every level of the educational process.
