The Center for Black Educator Development (CBED) is committed to rebuilding the national Black teacher pipeline, addressing the critical need for educator diversity and educational equity. In this edWeb podcast, the panelists highlight CBED’s Teaching Academy (TA), a dual-enrollment, career and technical education (CTE) program designed to support teacher diversification and enhance academic outcomes for all students.
