Etter sommeren har transaksjonsmarkedet stoppet delvis opp og de fleste investorene har inntatt en mer avventende rolle. Markedet går trolig en mer turbulent tid i møte og investorene vil bli mer selektiv. Både primære yielder og sekundære yielder vil trolig fortsette å stige, mens det er forventing om økte leier i sentrale områder. Videre vil value-add bli mer etterspurt og usikkerheten utspille seg litt ulikt avhengig av segment. Eiendom er håndverk og godt håndverk blir avgjørende for å lykkes i markedet framover.
