In this episode of Embodied, I spoke with Nancy—an innovative educator, spiritual guide, and local shaman in Nova Scotia. Nancy’s work explores the embodiment of consciousness through light, movement, sound, and colour. Together, we explored what it means to trust ourselves, navigate personal chaos, and tap into ancestral wisdom.

Nancy describes her role as a shaman beautifully: "To me, a shaman goes into other realities and brings back guidance and wisdom beyond my own ego that I couldn't imagine with just my personality. The power of trusting ourselves

In our hour-long conversation, we explored:

  • The role of vulnerability in awakening our deepest truths.
  • Why personal chaos is an existential opportunity.
  • How trusting our intuition connects us to unseen guidance.

Nancy reminds us that trust is the foundation of spiritual growth. It’s about surrendering to the unknown, knowing that each challenge holds an opportunity for deeper awareness.
