Hot off the back of our mini series on the importance of the Mutual Trust and Confidence obligation and the role it plays in building trusting relationships between you and your employer, this week we take a look at the role of Coercive Dismissals as another example of the destruction of Mutual Trust and Confidence Obligations. We also look at why your employer will prefer to use coercive dismissals, because of the success they bring in attacking your right to make choices about your job and the future you would like in your job.
It's our view, that the more you are able to acquaint yourself with your employment rights in this area, the more your rights will act as an early warning system, which you can use to spot bad treatment or illegal treatment that you may be suffering at work.
