About Tim Tim’s professional career has been wide-ranging. He’s worked as a manual laborer, educator and coach from the junior high to collegiate level, professional fighter, published writer and poet, boxing and MMA trainer, and actor and stuntman. A finalist for UC Davis’ Winslow Award for Outstanding Graduating Senior, Tim holds a B.A. in Sociology with an emphasis on social work. He has a certification from UC Davis in Drug and Alcohol Studies, served on the Davis City Council Substance Abuse Commission and speaks to at-risk youth on behalf of the Boys and Girls Club. Additionally, he has been certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
