Lance A. Ollivierre is the Director of Facilities Operations at Central Piedmont Community College, managing a $11.6M facilities maintenance contract for six campuses totaling 4 million square feet. With over 30 years of facilities and project management experience, Lance is a thought leader in cost-effective operations and service reliability. He holds a B.S. in Architectural Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University and is an active member of several professional organizations.
