In this episode, I open up about why I decided to step away from therapy — and what I’ve learned about healing on my own terms. It’s not that I don’t believe in therapy, but I’ve come to realize that sometimes, we don’t need someone to analyze us or tell us what’s wrong. We need to feel seen, held, and loved.

I talk about the shift from seeking external guidance to finding answers within — learning to trust intuition, self-awareness, and connection. What we truly need is community, care, and presence — people who love us enough to hold our hand through dark times, not just point out the darkness.

This episode is an honest reflection on self-trust, inner healing, and the power of being surrounded by love — the kind that reminds you you’re already whole.
