Earlier this month 30-year-old Deshawn Leeth crashed his vehicle on the turnpike. An Ohio trooper responded, but failed to recognize that Leeth was in a state of excited delirium. Talking nonsense, assaulting the trooper and enduring the deployed taser, he was able to steal the Trooper's car and go on a dangerous flight from the scene which went all the way to Pennsylvania before finally crashed and Leeth had to be stopped with lethal force. Having previous plead guilty to nine home invasions, should he have even been out on the streets?
