In this episode, Jill explains good practices when it comes to interacting with busy people. It’s important to network, especially if you are just starting your coaching business, and talking to people and peers who are doing the same thing as you. However, it’s also important to take into account that that person might have a lot of things on their plate and it’s smart not to take it personally.

“When someone is really busy, for them to give their time to you or their energy to you – especially for free – they need to feel like it’s worth it.” – Jill Coleman
