Alec Naman from Naman's Catering called us this morning and said, "Let's go fishing this week with my recipe for Pan Seared Grouper Filet with a twist of Lemon Garlic Butter."

🍳Pan Seared Grouper 🐟 with Lemon Butter 🍋
Ingredients
🧂 8 oz grouper fillet
🧂 2 tablespoon butter
🧂 juice of ½ lemon
🧂 1 garlic clove, minced
🧂 ¼ cup chopped parsley
🧂 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
🥄1. Season grouper fillet with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat butter over medium heat in the skillet and sauté minced garlic in it for 1 minute. Dredge the fish in the flour to coat.
🥄2. Add grouper to the skillet and cook for about 3 minutes on each side. Take the fish out and set aside.
🥄3. Add lemon juice and parsley to garlic butter. Sauté for a minute or two.
🥄4. Top grouper fillet with lemon butter parsley mixture and serve.
