Ryan Windley grew up on a massive 177,000-acre sheep and cattle ranch in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, where he developed a passion for entrepreneurship and real estate. In this episode, Ryan shares his journey from buying his first rental property in 2001 (a deal that turned into a disaster) to becoming a seasoned real estate investor, coach, and mentor.

Ryan opens up about his early mistakes, the importance of having a strong investment team, and the lessons he learned from working as a Rich Dad Poor Dad coach for over a decade. He also dives into tax lien investing, crowdfunding, and how everyday investors can break into real estate with as little as $10.

If you're interested in real estate investing, passive income, or learning how to build wealth with minimal capital, this episode is packed with practical insights and expert advice!
