I am in full support of Senate Bill 508 the Clean Air Preservation Act. It has been sitting in Senate Agriculture & Rural Affairs Committee since March 21, 2025 and deserves its due process to go through a hearing & vote. Please place this bill on the calendar. Recently Tennessee, Florida & Louisiana passed similar legislation. There are 37,000 patterns for weather modification in Washington. There is active research and implementation of climate engineering as per the 2023 Office of Science & Technology Policy Document- Congressionally Mandated Research Plan (SAI). A California private company, Makes Sunsets regularly sends off helium and sulfur dioxide filled balloons into the atmosphere to cool the Earth, these chemicals mixed with water create acid rain. The chemical, silver iodide used in cloud seeding weather modification, as per the safety data sheet is flammable, toxic to humans and aquatic life. There is no regulation on climate engineering other than a simple application to the NOAA. Many farmers have burnt crops and dead fruit bearing trees due to the pollutants of Geoengineering (Steve Jarvis is one example). It is time to ban this in Pennsylvania, No more chemical pollutants in our skies spewed from planes in weather modification efforts— From poisoning our food, harming our citizens. This is a concern for every one of us.
