The biggest problem is how revenue is generated. Some tech companies try to solve this by assuming revenue from compliance is a dying source but no one in practice really believes it's going anywhere.

  1. It's too easy to discount
  2. Too many services are bundled into the annual fix fee
  3. Don't do the annual price increase "just because you can"
