As you can probably guess from the company name, Kate is a coach within the recruitment industry.

She does a lot of work with entry level recruiters helping them get up to speed, as well as business development training and coaching across all experience levels.

Her agency, The Job Slinger Academy, focuses on helping rookies/newbies get into their first recruitment role, providing them with training before they start to they enter the industry set up for success and ready to start billing.
