Messages of condolence are coming in from across the country and around the world following a mass casualty event in Vancouver last night. The driver of an SUV crashing though a crowd at a Filipino celebration. Police now say 11 people are dead ranging in age from five to 65. Many more are in hospital. A suspect is in custody and authorities believe it was not an act of terrorism.
