- Liz: Read The eMyth Revisited. Figure out all the tasks you do and how you do them, tell ChatGpt, and let it figure out the instructions

- Camille: Scale with yourself in mind

- Liz: Scaling: Is it repeatable? What are core values? You have to have both to scale

- Joe: It isn't about doing more, it's about doing more of the right things the right way
