As the church, our role is to support, encourage, and make space for those who step forward — not discourage them or tear them down. Even if we aren’t called to vocational ministry, every believer must remain willing to say “yes” if God leads.

Pastor Daniel also highlights the reality that ministry can be tough. Jesus warned that He was sending His followers out like sheep among wolves, so leaders must wear the full armor of God daily. Those not called shouldn’t act like wolves — biting, criticizing, or tearing down leaders — but instead become lifters and encouragers. We are all disciples, and each of us has a next step that draws us deeper into the life Jesus offers.
