This week on the show, Maine and Miranda recap the return of Marcelo Garcia after 13 years away from competition. We also recap the IBJJF 2025 European Championships that took place this weekend we recap all of the adult black belt results plus discuss Pit Submission 11.

In the recap section of the show, we discussed Marcelo Garcia's match with Masakazu Imanari, we discussed the takedown sequence and the way that Marcelo deals with the lockdown as well as how he is able to combine his guard passing and mount game. We break down the hand grips that he uses to finish the arm in north south choke and talk about some other potential matches he could take, including a potential rematch with Shinya Aoki.
