Tom Howard talks to new FIA Rally Director Andrew Wheatley.

WRC’s new Rally1 hybrid era is underway, and today we talk about how the FIA plans to take that forward, responding to changes in the automotive sector with the shift to electrification.
And work has begun on the next rule cycle from 2025, which he says will be more like an evolution of the current Rally1 regulations.
