In Episode 24, I interview Tonya Kinlow, the founder of the Airbnb of Food Sharing, #UGottaEat. #UGottaEat provides Homemade Meals without a Hassle and markets themselves as "The Chef in Your Pocket." #UGottaEat is dedicated to connecting friends, families and their communities with home cooked meals, and meals made from scratch through local home cooks, chefs, and caterers. In this episode, we discuss how Mrs. Kinlow built her platform for private caterers, but had to pivot when small Mom & Pop restaurants started using the #UGottaEat platform to market their services. Because Tonya Kinlow is targeting only health meals for the platform, the strategy has created a "Chicken and Egg" dilemma, i.e., how do you get enough chefs and eaters to make the platform scale.
