Doc. Mihailo Jovanovic, Ph.D., is an accomplished professional with degrees in electrical engineering and economics, and over 20 years of experience in Telekom and the Post of Serbia. As of April 2017, he serves as an eGovernment advisor to the Prime Minister. He has led significant projects like establishing certification bodies, central electronic registers, and the “Baby, welcome to the world” initiative. An award-winning scientist and author, he holds numerous accolades and is a member of the Serbian Chamber of Engineers.
