In this first episode of Hack N' Tackle, Hodgeythehack and Craig Easton kick off their new podcast by talking about what it's like when a new manager first arrives at a football club.

The pair discuss the different approaches to the initial team meeting, the importance of the new manager showing what they can do on the training pitch, and how when something they've drilled in training works in a game setting, it builds layers of trust.

This is part one of a discussion about new managers and comes in the wake of Giovanni van Bronckhorst, Steven Gerrard and Dean Smith all taking new jobs.
