This episode is a sermon on Isaiah 53:10-12 that was preached by Jackson Hankey at River City Church on 12/29/2024. Isaiah 53 is one of the most beloved passages by Christians of all ages because of how clearly it speaks of the work of Jesus even though it was written hundreds of years before he came into the world.

Verses 10-12 finish this great passage in the same way that the Bible itself finishes and the same way that all of human history will finish. That is, with a resurrected, highly-exalted, all-glorious Christ, receiving as the fruit of his labor a vast and innumerable people for his own possession. Few passages in the Bible so clearly explain both the redeeming work that Christ accomplished and the way in which he will be gloriously rewarded for it!
