Prosecutors say Rozier shared insider information, like his planned playing time, that others used to place profitable bets, while Billups was tied to a mob-linked underground poker ring. The schemes allegedly involved wire fraud, money laundering, and misuse of non-public information, with millions of dollars at stake. The NBA called the allegations ·deeply disturbing,· and officials say more arrests could follow as the investigation continues.
