Kati\'s journey into co-parenting single-motherhood has brought her back to her passion: nutrition and fitness and helping others. Her path of survival has lead her to plant her roots into the ground and break the patterns of conflict, lack of nourishment (physically and emotionally), and working to build others up; to finally be thriving and loving life rather than stuck in a life she want to run away from.

Kati is energized by helping others reestablish positive relationships with movement and food in a sustainable way. Recently she\'s added a focus on how nutrition impacts the our mental wellness.
