In this episode we are talking about how setting yourself up for success and hitting smaller goals can be so good for your mindset and ability to stick to something consistently and create huge change or learn a new skill.

This is actually a lesson I learned from our recent dog training experiences which is weirdly applicable to human psychology and something I realised I hadn’t been so good at lately.
