Navigating the holiday season after brain injury can be really challenging. In this episode, Cristabelle encourages us to give ourselves grace and acknowledge the hard - grief and joy can coexist. It's okay not to be okay. She also shares some practical tips to help with overstimulation, and encouragement to practice gratitude. There is always hope and there is light in the darkness.
