Tired of living in a series of cold and draughty apartments, she’s bought a house in Dublin and has been renovating it to create a warm, cozy, and energy efficient home .
Meanwhile, in Cork, Niamh Kent had also been renting and looking to buy. So, when she and her husband got the chance to buy the house they had been living in, they jumped at the chance to start on their own renovation project and home energy upgrade.
