Nebraska actually has the most envelope-pushing name, image and likeness law for college athletes. The law, signed by Governor Rickets, allows any postsecondary institution to allow college athletes to enjoy these rights as soon as TODAY. "The U of Nebraska can implement the Act at any time—now, during this pandemic, would be great," says Nebraska Senator Megan Hunt, who introduced the legislation.
