Hi everyone, welcome back to How’d She Do That? In today’s episode, I’m giving you all an update on what’s been going on behind the scenes and sharing some thoughts on a recent review I received. It wasn’t exactly glowing, but it gave me a great opportunity to talk about how I handle constructive criticism, and more importantly, how you can too.

We all face feedback—sometimes it’s helpful, sometimes it’s harsh, and sometimes it’s just plain wrong. But learning how to take what’s useful, let go of the rest, and keep moving forward is key to growth, whether in business, creativity, or life in general.

In this episode, I discuss:

• A quick update on what’s new with the podcast

• My thoughts on a recent negative review

• How I process feedback without letting it derail me

• The difference between constructive criticism and unhelpful negativity

• Practical tips for using feedback to improve and stay focused

If you’ve ever struggled with handling criticism, this one’s for you! Let’s talk about how to keep pushing forward no matter what.
