In 2006 he founded Sonar6, a revolutionary re-engineering of performance management software, under the moniker of ‘at last, performance reviews that don’t suck.' Sonar6 was acquired by Cornerstone OnDemand in 2012. Subsequently, Mike was involved in a huge range of leading-edge tech projects all the time keeping a very keen eye on how technology changes how we all work.
