If you want to drink with us, you’ll need bourbon, lemon juice, pomegranate syrup, and simple syrup.
The recipe for The Forbidden Sour is as follows:
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Pomegranate Liqueur (or Grenadine)
- 1/4 oz Simple Syrup (optional, for sweetness)
Shake all ingredients with ice until chilled, then strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a lemon twist if you’re feeling fancy.
