Welcome to The Songwriters Session. In this episode we chat with two songwriters based in Ireland and who are involved in this year's Eurovision in Basel. We speak with Ben Pyne who is one of the co-writers of Poison Cake which will represent Croatia and be sung by Mark Bosnjak. We also speak to Larissa Tormey who is one of the songwriters behind Laika Party which will represent Ireland and is performed by Emmy.

We also reveal the results of our I'm Sorry Zero Points Eurovision 2025 poll. The jury members have had their say and you the listener have cast your votes and now we have the results!

Next time we speak to you will be from Basel on Friday 16th May. We want to thank all the guests who have joined us this season and wish each contestant, songwriter and their wider team at Eurovision the very best of luck.
