In this episode, we open up about our own experiences with performance anxiety in the bedroom, especially during those one-night stands and small flings from our past. We've both felt the pressure to perform, and we think it's time to normalize talking about it. By sharing these moments, we want to show that performance anxiety is more common than people realize and that it's okay to talk about your vulnerabilities.
For us, it's not always about performance; sometimes, you're just seeking a genuine connection. We discuss how being present and feeling understood can be more important than focusing on the act itself. We hope that by sharing our stories, we can help break the stigma and remind everyone that it's okay to prioritize emotional connection over any pressure to perform.
