On this episode of In Clear Terms with AARP California, host Dr. Thyonne Gordon is joined by solo aging expert, Dr. Sara Geber, PhD and long-time AARP volunteer and family caregiver, Lily Liu, to discuss the concept of solo aging, and some of the caregiving components that come with solo aging.

Dr. Geber has developed a niche specialty as an expert in “Solo Aging.” She is an author, certified retirement coach, and professional speaker on retirement and aging. Lily has been a family caregiver for more than a decade and is a public speaker on issues related to caregiving, particularly the lived experience of immigrant family caregivers. On the show, the duo discusses the demographic trends around solo aging, preparing for our own caregiving journey and much, much more.
