Galatians 5:22-26
“Gentle Jesus, Meek and Mild,” was one of the many hymns written by Charles Wesley. But today, these words could be used of someone who is soft and non-confrontational – and this certainly does not describe Jesus. Gentleness or meekness is a Spirit-led control over one's emotions that yields the biblically appropriate response in any situation.
