California voters will decide in two weeks whether to pass Prop 50, which would temporarily bypass the state’s independent redistricting commission to redraw maps in Democrats’ favor. Millions of dollars have poured into the campaigns supporting and opposing the ballot measure. But one megadonor in particular makes up a significant portion of the “No on Prop 50” campaign – physicist Charles Munger Jr., who also supported efforts to establish the independent redistricting commission over a decade ago.
